The Emergency Preparedness Interagency Collaborative (EPIC) continued its discussion and focus on mass casualty incidents. Specifically, in the recovery phase, schools struggle to understand their role and responsibilities at the scene of a mass casualty incident and at the hospitals where patients are transported.
